GuestOffice - Primary Features

The GuestOffice client portal is customized using the same powerview technology as Time Matters. We've added a few features to the powerview syntax to improve the functionality and flexibility for custom integrations.

GuestOffice connects your portal users to their Time Matters information by virtue of their unique Contact record in Time Matterst. Contacts are related to other information in many ways but most noticeably as a Matter's Client. You are in total control of what is displayed to your clients. In fact each login may have their own unique portal experience.

The user presentation entry point can either be the Matter List or the Contact Dashboard. Regardless of which method used, lists can be drilled-down to the record's underlying form display.As illustrated in the workflow paths below.
