In MobileTM manager I stopped the service. However, in the windows services list it lists the service as stopping. I believe you had a way to fix this other than reinstalling. Can you please suggest how to proceed.

Hi Caren,
Yes, you can use a command line parameter.
mobiletm.exe /rs <- remove service
mobiletm.exe /is <- install service
OR
mobiletm.exe /iss <- install and start service
Also, I believe I can tell you what your problem is causing it to be in a state of "stopping". Read this thread. viewtopic.php?f=7&t=28
If you need help I would be glad to login and do this for you.
