New Option(s) - Form Style Manager

Steve,

In using SS (the Form Style Manager) it has become important (for moving data purposes) to be able to compare the printouts of two different form styles. What would be really helpful (and I can't find them in the SS options) would be:

a) add a column for the CORE Name (the numbers on the left do not correspond to any known list of fields that I can find...)
Am I missing something? - Is there some secret list of fields that corresponds to the CORE names, and thus what position that field is in that form style?

b) add an export option to an xls format
